As per the Spanish Organic Act 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection (LOPD), as amended and developed, the Association of Technological Centres of Galicia (ATIGA, hereinafter the Provider), as the Entity in charge of the website, informs all the users who disclose or will disclose personal information that such information might be added to files registered at the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The users accept expressly, freely and unequivocally the use of their personal information by the Provider for the following ends:

RELEASE OF GUARANTEES AND LIABILITIES
The Provider shall never be held liable for damages of any kind that might take place due to, including but not limited to: Errors or omissions in contents, unavailability of the portal, or transfer of viruses or harmful or malicious software with the contents, despite taking all required technological measures to prevent it.
